CASE STUDY: Atrium European Management NV (ATRIUM)
THE CLIENT
Atrium boasts an impressive €2.5 billion portfolio of more than 150 primarily food-related retail properties and shopping centres across 10 European locations. The business demands the most up to date IT system allowing its employees to carry out their day-to-day activities without delays or any downtime.
THE BRIEF
Soitron was initially engaged to complete a small project to streamline systems in its regional offices throughout central Europe. Once successfully completed, Soitron’s remit expanded to assume responsibility for Atrium’s entire IT function – from a data centre in Amsterdam to supporting, maintaining and expanding the company’s entire network.

PROJECT for HP: DEPLOYMENT OPERATIONS CENTRE
THE CLIENT
HP’s Deployment Operations Center (DOC) is responsible for providing its global customers with support covering the full life cycle of a product: support planning processes, tenders, orders management, invoicing, dispatch, asset management and disposal. As a critical support, HP needs to run the DOC with both precision and at industry-leading standards.

Soitron helped HP to manage, streamline and advance its EMEA Deployment Operations Centre through innovation, performance management and a smart approach to outsourcing. Throughout this 10 year relationship, Soitron has leveraged their experience to introduce significant cost reduction measures.
CASE STUDY: HP Enterprise – The IT-Smart migration programme
THE CLIENT
HP Enterprise Business is the largest global business unit of HP. It offers servers, storage, software and information technology services that enable enterprise and midmarket business customers to manage their current IT environments and helps to transform these companies into business enablers.
THE BRIEF
HP required a pan-European outsourcing partner to deliver a highly-critical managed services project. Soitron was appointed by HP to complete its largest European IT outsourcing deal to date, migrating 50 of its key clients to a new workflow ticketing system within an 18 month period.
THE RESULT
We migrated 50 European businesses to HP Server Manager. ITIL toolset and on boarding played an instrumental role in driving the project forward. Close project management set worked towards milestones and clear deadlines. This ensured maximum efficiency and helped to achieve success both financially and to time.
