Content Guru & Soitron UK Announce New Reseller Partnership
Content Guru, one of the world’s leading providers of cloud contact centre and customer experience (CX) technology, and Soitron UK, a leading IT solutions and system integrator, have today announced a new partnership between the companies. The reseller agreement will allow Soitron UK to provide Content Guru’s storm® platform to its customer base and will further strengthen Content Guru’s strategic partner network in the UK and across Europe.
Soitron UK is a division of Soitron Group, which boasts over 30 years of experience and an impressive track record of delivering a wide range of system integration projects and IT-managed services across Europe. The new agreement with Content Guru will allow Soitron UK to deliver storm’s market-leading capabilities to its growing customer base, enabling these organisations to benefit from a best-in-class contact centre as a service (CCaaS) platform.
Soitron has a strong footprint across Europe and in addition to the UK supports customers from its locations in Poland, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and its headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia. The partnership will extend Content Guru’s reach in Central and Eastern Europe, allowing a growing number of public and private sector organisations to deliver outstanding experiences across the region.
